DMG Glass Appoints Executive Team
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (March 4, 2024) – DMG Glass, LLC has announced a newly-appointed executive team consisting of three longstanding, dedicated employees to help guide the Charlotte-based specialty glass company into its future. James Bartoli, Alison McCabe, and Rob Sexton will comprise the executive team that will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
“We’re excited to announce this executive team and promote James, Alison and Rob,” agreed Jeff and Sarah Graham, co-owners of DMG Glass. “They have been key members of the DMG Glass family for many years. They have been instrumental in getting DMG to where it is today, and we have immense faith and trust in them to help guide this company into its future.”
Founded in 2017 by owners Jeff and Sarah Graham, DMG Glass has become an industry-leader while completing jobs throughout the Southeast. Focusing on reliability, precision, and care, DMG Glass has developed a niche within the Charlotte market by providing specialty-type projects that appear complicated because of design issues and time constraints.
Alison McCabe was one of DMG Glass’ first employees. Looking to spend more time with her family, McCabe joined DMG Glass in 2017 after spending nearly 15 years climbing the ladder at her last company and overseeing all business operations as General Manager at the organization. McCabe will manage most aspects of DMG Glass’ business operations.
James Bartoli joined the DMG Glass family in 2020 as an estimator and project manager. A native of Dayton, Ohio, Bartoli first entered the construction industry in 2013, focusing on the structural design of precast and tilt-up construction projects, while simultaneously earning a degree in project management. Bartoli was working as an assistant project manager when he decided he wanted to relocate to Charlotte to be closer to family. After meeting with Jeff, it was clear DMG Glass was where Bartoli wanted to be. As a member of the executive team, Bartoli will serve as a senior project manager while providing guidance and oversight to the team of estimators and project managers.
Rob Sexton joined DMG Glass in 2021 as an estimator and project manager. A native of Charlotte, Sexton had over 22 years of experience in the glass industry, as well as 13 years working side by side with DMG Glass co-owner, Jeff Graham. Having managed projects ranging from $2,000 to $3,000,000, Sexton was quick to join DMG Glass once the opportunity presented itself. As a member of the executive team, he will serve as a senior project manager and facility / inventory manager.
Bartoli, McCabe and Sexton started in their roles early in 2024, and the transition has been seamless for the company.
