OUR LEADERSHIP
Jeff & Sarah Graham

co-founders

Jeff and Sarah Graham met at Clemson University, where they were both graduates of the Class of 1993. Jeff’s career in the glass industry actually began while still an engineering & industrial management student. A partner at Graham-Hodge Associates in Greenville, S.C., Jeff continued his career in South Carolina until the couple had the opportunity to relocate to Sarah’s hometown—Charlotte, N.C.—in 2005.

Over the next 12 years, Jeff continued to work his way up in the glass industry. Spending time at two different companies, Jeff worked in all facets of the industry, including a variety of commercial, industrial and institutional projects. He was trusted to work on job sites ranging in size from $1 thousand to $2 million dollars, including numerous high-end interior up-fits and alterations. While Jeff continued to gain experience, Sarah worked from home raising the couple’s two sons, Fletcher and Archer.

By 2017, Jeff had completed over $30 million dollars’ worth of work in the industry. After a lot of praying, planning and waiting, the Grahams decided it was time to take Jeff’s 25 years of industry experience and start their own venture. With Jeff’s experience, Sarah’s business degree, and their faith, the two had everything they needed to succeed with the perfect opportunity to work together and for themselves.
